“Scandal” (8 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4) has always been over-the-top crazy. Completely divorced from reality.
But it used to be insanely fun. Whether it was learning that the president of the United States was only in office because his campaign managers had rigged the election; a Supreme Court justice having the president shot; the president suffocating that hospitalized Supreme Court justice; or the various sexual affairs in and around the White House, it was fun to watch.
