Mormons continue to play a major role in “Hell on Wheels” (Saturday, 10 p.m., AMC) in this, the show’s fifth and final season.
Fictional Mormons, that is. And, for the most part the fictional Mormons are bad guys in this series that revolves around the building of the transcontinental railroad in the 19th-century West.
